It is included in Daz Studio - you can access it from several locations: the Surfaces pane option menu (the lined/hamburger button in the top corner or right-click the tab); Edit>Object>Geometry; Edit>Figure>Geometry. If you don't see it try Window>Workspace>Update and Merge Menus
