Dan : two excellent entries.
Dan: wonderful entries,really beautiful...
Will post details later.
Excellent Past as Future. I like the red lighting and the spider creature looks deadly in that material.
Hello everyone. Popping in to say YES, I am alive, just like santa is real.
And to also ask if anyone needs more time.
I hope that things are going better for you.
I'd like to know who won in September :) :)
NGartplay, thank you much!
Apoc, glad to see you!

Now, additional information for my recent post.
Title: Future Tech
The spider creature is a model I made myself while following an awesome tutorial by Steve "TheLordOfDragons" Winter. Will post more renders of it later in a more suitable thread. As for spider itself, it's up to your interpretation whether you think it's some advanced biotechnology from the future, or just a well-known natural creature called Lyssomanes viridis.
Background model used is "SF Glass Corridor" by distance880 from Sketchfab.
Past as Future : excellent image, I like the spider material in contrast with the red lighting, great modeling as well.
Apoc : same here, glad to see you.
Past as Future - outstanding entry. Great idea and excellently presented.
Apoc - glad to see you here. Do you have any schedule when the results of Challenge 53 - Transportation can be published?
adbc, Horo - thanks for kind words.

Oh, I have another one.
Title: The Once and Future King
Used "High-Poly Humbpack Whale" by K9239 from Sketchfab. The rest of the scene done myself while following lessons from David Brinnen's video channel.
Past as Future - also a great entry: definitive a majestic animal in a realistic looking environment.
yup, uploading it right now. Sorry for the delay
Past as Future, your water shadowing (gel?) is fantastic and whales are probably the most majestic mammals there are.
Horo, NGartplay - thank you.
Yeah, load an image into the parallel light and make it project it.
Past as Future : awesome entry, very realistic. The whale is definitely majestic.
Past as Future - two excellent entries, love the contrast in the "Future Tech".
adbc, mermaid010 - thanks much!
All , looking pretty good _ Thanx
Past as Future: wonderful entries, both.... my favorite is the first with the spider. Excellent light and shadows.
Thanks everyone for the nice comments.
@S Ray:
Eagle Perched - the eagle looks really majestic.
@NGartplay:
What beautiful chickens this Han has. That looks really realistic. A very nice work.
@ed3D:
A really fun entry.
@Dan Whiteside:
Sunrise Mule Deer - the deer stands in a really lush forest. Very well done.
Roci, Lana and Sarge - this picture looks so peaceful. I love it.
@ Past as Future:
Your ant looks fantastic. Very well staged.
The Once and Future King - Wonderful Underwater Light.
mermaid010 Yellow Pen drachenlords : Thanx so much _
Past as Future: Two fantastic renders. Love the glassy spider. Makes me think of David Bowie who did a 'glass spider tour' (though I have no clue why).
Past as Future, thanks for explaining the process of the gel. I'm going to give that a try.
Ok, seems like no more new entries, so I will consider this theme

Sorry everyone. I held up the voting on this one with my signature on one of my images. Apoc emailed me on Thursday but I didn't see it until Friday evening. I don't use that email very often anymore that he used. Maybe Monday it will happen.
Phew, took a while, but finally got it done. Voting poll is now up
Don't worry, it is not you. Had a few issues myself
Thanks Apoc!
