How to fix black and white to color?

Hello everyone. I can not figure out how to fix the preview and the figure back to color. Nothing has color, even objects, and props. I am dyslexic, so if you could put it in numbered steps I would be very grateful!

Click on the little downward facing arrow on the ball to the left of where it says "Perspective View" and select "Textured View".
