"OpenGL 1.3?

I am an artist who's used Blender--I even wrote a book on it--but I know just about nothing about computer hardware. I can't open Daz because my "machine currently provides OpenGL 1.1." I don't know what that means, or how one might "contact the video card provider to obtain updated drivers." Does this mean I have to find out who makes the "card" and then order one, and when it arrives in the mail, I somehow locate the offending card in my desktop, pull it out (I guess it pulls out?) and put the new one in? I've never looked inside the tower--I suppose there's a way of identifying the right "card," etc....

Hi, assuming you're on windows, you can type 'Device Manager' into the search bar. The attached example is Windows 11:
It's Windows 10. I found "Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation--WDDM 1.1)"
But what should I do with this information?
You should be able to find what you need on the Intel website:

Thank you, Prixat.
