encrypted script (.dse) not working

hi, i've just created a script and saved in SCRIPT IDE. It works fine in .dsa format but not in .dse or encrypted format. each time i clicked it said something like 'error occur while reading file, see log file for detail'. i'm using daz studio 4.11 pro...

    What does the log (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File) say? Are you running the script in the version you saved from? Binary formats (.dsb or .dse) are version-tagged.

    i've just tried saving the script to dsb and dse format again. Results are the same, the log file said FAILED TO LOAD SCRIPT.   i run the script in the same daz version i saved from. forgot to mention OS is window XP
