Default Resources are not in computer, characters all appear in grey blocks

I tried loading the default Genesis 8 Male Base Figure but I got an error saying 'Resource Error, File Does Not Exist' or something. I can't find the file. I also purchased some content online and now when I load a character it turns into this blocky thing. What do I do now? This never happened to me before and I'm so stressed about all this. What the hell is happening?
I tried reinstalling DAZ3D, reinstalling the default content like the Genesis 8 Starter pack. nothing works. same error pops up. every character loaded becomes blocky.

How did you install? Do you work with Daz Studio online, and if so what is there a triangle in a broken circle icon at top-right of the product thumbnail in the Smart Content pane?
I see two problems... You have your content on OneDrive and the path contains non-english characters. The OneDrive still should work, but in the past DS didn't like non-english characters in the paths.
