SY clothing breast helper affect breast, not cloth?

Tried @SickleYield Breast helper this week, initially the result looks good, then I found a big problem: its dails is under G8F-Actor/Chest/Real World/Universal Breast Helper, so it affects G8F and changed her breasts, not affect the cloth. After hided the cloth, oh my god, the breasts was a mess. 

But, the promotion of this SY product says 'When you turn the dial on the figure, nothing happens to the figure itself, but there is an effect on the clothes.', I just loaded a figure and cloth, then turned those Universal Breast Helper dails, did I miss any key step in between?

It sounds like it's supposed to be a projection morph that is behaving like a regular morph, which is potentially an issue with the product. However, if it does solve the problem of clothes not fitting properly over the breasts, which is what it's designed to do, how much does it matter what the breasts look like underneath the clothing?
