I new to Daz3D and I have no idea how I can close the eyes of my Genesis 3 model, as well as make changes to the mouth so I can open it slightly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Select the head, go to the Parameter Tab. There, look for "Pose Control". You will find some sliders that will help with the basic controls.
Also, go to "Shaping", there are functions to control the face perfectly.

Having the same problem and tried the solution above. All I get is shaping functions not the simple stuff like mouth open or eyes open.

Hello kellyocs , you are looking under 'Head' and you should go a bit further down in the Parameters pane to 'Pose Controls'  under Head > Mouth, and you will find them all there.

If you still can't find them, I will post an image for you.

Sorry, you misunderstood me. I have looked for all over for 'Pose Controls' and there just aren't any coming up. Only 'Actor' dials.

If you collapse the Actor and Display, lower down that list should be Pose Controls...

The list is mostly in alphabetical order...

... and select the head first.

They will be under the 'main' part of the figure, too...but you will have to drill through sever sublists to get there...

They will only appear under the main body if the user has Show Hidden checked.
