Dreamworks to open-source Moonray renderer

Dreamworks plans to open-source the Moonray renderer used in their films. It's not clear if this is something that hobbyists will be able to use, but you could keep an eye on it via the OpenMoonray website.

It's available as of today. Looks like it uses CentOS (i.e. Linux) as its build environment, along with gcc/clang/etc for building binaries.
