Foxy Lady Ears materials on 8.1

I'm trying to put Foxy Lady Ears on Genesis 8.1 F, and the ears graft itself loads fine. However, attempting to use the "Apply Base Materials Ears" results in an error saying "This graft is built to work with Genesis 8 Female. Please load Genesis 8 Female and try again." It works fine on G8F, only fails on G8.1F.

The UV layoit for G8.1 is different from G8, so therefore you get an error.

You can select G8 UV for G8.1, and that might fix the materials for the ears. But then you will not be able to use G8.1 character textures.
