AniLip2 not recognizing actors?

Hi all,

 

I purchased and downloaded AniLip 2, and all options are grayed out with "unsupported figure" added in a dialogue box. I have tried all supported figures listed on the product store page (GF8, GF3, etc). Anything know what this is about?
