Convergence rollback?

I started a render and went to bed when it was already at 20%. When I woke up the following day, I was expecting it to be finished but it was back at 5% and the temporary render was much worse than before.

What's causing this issue? I'm using the latest version of Daz Studio (4.20 something) and this never happened in the old versions.

Try to look in your log file.

But my guess is you ran out of VRAM, and made fallback to CPU.
