Good morning,

 

Every time I use the Smoke presets, all I get is a box. Doesn't matter what I apply to it. I feel like I'm missing part of the install or something.

Any thoughts?

Hi i have this and it's working installed with dim.Yes the box usualy indicates something is missing

I think I'll try reinstalling it. See if that corrects the problem.
