Suggestions for a Daz rebuild

I cannot get any new products to install to Daz, and after spending weeks trying to figure it all out, I've decided to start over from scratch. I'd like to make it as if Daz never existed on my computer and then install fresh. I'm even going to redo my categories as I think my Userdata file is part of a multi-layered problem.  Is there any documentation or a thread on the best way to completely scrub Daz from my system? I am operating on Windows.

How have you been installing products? What do your content directory settings look like?

I use Daz Connect, but new products don't show in the Smart Content pane as "available".   Just now, I bought a test product from Daz (Hot Air Balloon). It immediately shows up on my old computer, but not on the new one.  See the attached images for the side-by-side comparison.   A few days ago, I discovered that I somehow had a 2nd Daz connect>data> cloud folder, so i added the second cloud folder to Daz Studio Formats as suggested on this forum (see 3rd image of content directories), but the Daz Connect failures still persist. 

Finally, not sure if this is related, but i have multiple PostgreSQL showing in my task manager's "processes" (4TH photo)
