Adjusting V4 clothing in Studio

I need a refresher course. Rather than spend more money for new clothing, I'm hoping to use V4 and her clothing in a render I'm planning. Unfortunately I'm a little lost. I'm fairly certain that I can use dForce to adjust the clothing, but I can't find the tutorial on how to do that. All links to tutorials gratefully accepted!
