Why Decimation wouldn't work on Genesis 8 Male even thought it worked before?

is it something to do with the Decimator program going crazy after a while? cause i was using it on G8 Female for long time and it was doing fine, then i'm trying now with Gene 8 males and i get these  whole as son as i push the Prepare for decimation button.

 

anyone know why this happens?

I also tried it long time ago with a character guy....then it wouldnt stop making thoseholes but recently i loaded a new copy and tried it and it worked perfectly.

However, if i already created characters and saved them.....does that mean they are worthless and i have to recreat them?
