Can't enter exported sets(building, towns, Alchemy Chasm, etc)

When I export to unreal, there is a barrier(invisibleBoundingBox) that will not let me enter the mesh. If I place a player start in the room I get BADsize on the icon. 

I am exporting with default settings as static mesh.

    you need to set collision to use complex collision as simple in the property matrix for each or project settings for everything

    ( the latter can break things like BP for opening doors so not the best albeit easiest option)

    Thanks, I still get BADsize for player start but it still works
