Is anyone having issues with the transfer utility extending the neck?

Face Transfer works fine, no neck issues like that.

However the title of your post and your question are not about the same topic. Using Face Transfer does not involve using the transfer utility mentioned in your first post.

So possibly for somebody to help you, you will need to provide some more detail, possibly some images - to illustrate what you are doing.
