Getting back the Character Loading Options dialog

Hello everyone,

So a while ago when I was loading a Character Preset I chose to load a new character then the "Remember this option... whatever" and then "Don't ask me again". The problem is now I need to apply those settings to the a figure, and the Character Loading Options dialog box does not appear. I have tried going under Edit>Preferences>Content>"Show Character Loading Options dialog" and that didn't work. I also tried changing that option to "Always apply to selected figure" and that didn't work either. 

Any ideas on what's going on here?

    Hmm, the preference should have worked - it may not have stuck if this was in 4.20.0.2, with the problem saving layouts - is it still checked now? How about if you hold the ctrl key down (cmd for a Mac) while double-clicking the character preset?
