Installation on new PC

I have purchased a new PC and installed DAZ on it. I have two issues.
1.) I have 10 fewer items on the new PC that the older one. I used DAZ Install Manager to load the products.
2.) I have a character I use in my renders and when I open it on the new PC it does not work. See the image.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening.

Is it this Mallorie https://www.daz3d.com/mallorie-for-genesis-3-female ? If so it needs Genesis 3 Female, and it doesn't appear you have isntalled the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials (or Genesis 2 for that matter).
They are installed I checked.
I have completely uninstalled all of DAZ and reinstalled it twice now.
No error messages?
No error messages. Did I mention this is a Windows 11 PC?
The log is the best place to start figuring out the problem (Help->Troubleshooting->View Log File)
I might have found the problem. Somehow I had a Directory path to my onedrive connect folder. I removed it and now it seems all is well.
No idea how that folder ever got in the list.
Fingers crossed.
Microsoft really want you to use OneDrive - it's not quite as easy to turn on as Amazon Prime, but not far short 9and of course Windows 11 requires you to be logged on through a Microsoft account).
You should be able to uninstall Onedrive
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features Microsoft Onedrive.
I seem to have resolved the issue. After I removed this path all seems to work now.
Thanks for all the help.
The second and third directory under "DAZ Studio Formats" are subfolders of the first one = Nested Directories, which DS doesn't like and you probably have a warning for these in the log (Help->Troubleshooting->View Log File)
