Discount on optional license not applying in cart

When adding the optional license for Vascularity HD the discount of 45% doesn't translate into the cart. The same is the case for several other products in that line. Is there a solution to this? (tried adding to the cart several times over the last couple of hours but the issue persists)

Which offer is this? Interactive Licenses do not usually share the same discounts as the base product.

Base product doesn't have a discount at all, purely the optional license.
