blocky instead of smooth edges

Not sure what I changed. My one character now has blocky instead of smooth edges. Wasn't like this before. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Checxk the Mesh Resolution setting in the Parameters pane - is the button set to Base (which is without SubD)?

    Yes it was set to base and few other items on Mesh Resolution was wrong. Thank you
