Viewport Showing What Finished Render Looks Like (Lighting)

How to I switch my viewport to show what the final render looks like?

I'm watching the Colm Jackson Livestream and his viewport is showing all the lighting as he changes it.

Is this just a simple toggle or hotkey?

Having not seen the tutorial, my assumption was either that or turning "Preview Lights" on.
