Missing files!!! Help please

I need help. I can`t get the items displayed at all and it comes up in blocks I even put it with a figure but still the same result. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled it same result. I even try to put it in my libary the manual way and still the same result. 

What can I do about this can I really get this fixed???

Please post your screen shot as an image, not a Word file - Word files can carry malware.
