Nulls On Clothing

Nulls on clothing, that is all I can think to describe it. I have seen clothing or jewelry that uses a null. For instance, a shirt where the buttons are attached to a null that is on the shirt. Could someone point me to a tutorial on how to do this? I want to create a strap that goes around the thigh and then have a case/pouch attached to it.

What you are looking for is called a "Rigid Follow Node". Search for that term, with the quotes to treat it as one string, and you will find many discussions about it. I don't know which is best, I've never tried it out, but you should find some good info.
