4.2 reports some files missing that are actually there.

Hi guys,
This appears to be affecting a lot of products, or at least enough to get my attention as it is affecting at least one of mine as well.
Daz will report that a needed file is missing even though the file is there, and the error was not thrown in versions previous to 4.2. Here is a screenshot from a customer of mine, and also one that I get from a product that I purchased:

4.20.x.x, not 4.2 (which would be really old) - verion numbes are not decimals.
This is a known issue, the PA is updating their products but unfortunately it was a bad template file used for a lot of sets - the issue is that there are two /s in front of Runtime in the path, so it is now ignored (some work has been done on the URI format to properly suport accented characters etc. - that is why older versions didn't have an issue with the badly formatted paths).
Apologies for using the "4.2" shorthand, but I think the point is valid either way.
Ok so to be sure I understand:
"the PA is updating their products" -- does this mean that products made in earlier versions are going to have to be updated and re-saved, etc, in 4.20.x.x? Or... say, just how far back does the bad template file affect things? Is that proprietary information? It would save me some time, for sure.
Thanks Richard
It's that one particular call that triggers the issue for that PA - obviously they have a pattern they use for their texture names, so they can make their mat files very quickly with a search-and-replace, but when there was a formal error in one place it gets duplicated to all their other character sets. There have been a couple of other things with similar issues, but mostly it has been that oen texture call (with the character name varying). It is prety trivial to fix - just open the .duf file in a text editor and search for
"//Runtime
and replace it with
"/Runtime
(you may need to uncompress the .duf file if it opens as gibberish - this will certainly eb the case for content installed through Daz Studio).
Don't want to wait for the PA and Daz to fix them all? Fix them all yourself in a matter of a few seconds. Instructions here.
Thank You.
