Separating JCMs from joint rotation

I was wondering if I would be able to separate the JCMs so I could set them to 100% while leaving the figure in a T-pose. I can't seem to find the JCM morph sliders. Maybe something in the property hierarchy? Any help would be great

In the Parameters pane option menu (the lined/hamburger button in the top corner or right-click the tab) enable Preferences>Show Hidden Properties
