Can't undock or close tabs.

So i probably borked something up, but with 4.20.0.2 i can no longer undock or close panes, any suggestions?

Also happening in 4.16.0.3

Window>Workspace>Lock Docking/Undocking is not checked?

You probably have it locked. Look for the lock/unlock option in the Window/Workspace menu. Shortcut is Ctrl U to toggle it. I think.
