face transfer fail error

I downloaded Genesis 8 Starter Essentials yester day,

But [face transfer] it doesn't work. What should I do? help..

    What is it doing or not doing? We need a bit more info. Are you getting any error's and what does it say?

    Please make sure that you put all the information in the body of your post, don't split it between title and body (of course the title should be informative enough to catch the notice of people who can help). Also please attach your image, pasting into the body doesn't work.

    In this case it's just a generic error - have you tried a differnt image, as a test (don't save it or you will use up one of your three free goes, but the watermarked base will at least tell you that it worked if it did).

    Are you working with W10 64bit? It won't work on 32bit or Macs.
