karass in poser pro 2014 game dev for M4

i have bought Karass earlier, it says it is compatible with poser and M4. I don't have hiro 4, freak 4. and I was thinking it is not necessary, just compatible.
But check the image I send, there is a problem for sure...

    The Product Page says:

    Required Products:

    M4 Elite Body Shapes,
    Michael 4 Muscle Morphs


    Do you have those as well?

    If you do have the required morphs, you need to reinitialize M4. Browse to the folder you installed your stuff/runtime/libraries/!DAZ and Click on: (in Windows; there are Mac scripts in the same directory if you are using OS X)

    I have done what you told me but nothing changed.

    Poser looking for a product I don't have.

    Do you get that error message when applying the body shape pose?

    That file indeed shouldn't be there if you don't have Hiro 4. I don't know why it is calling it, unless the product requirements are incorrect and it actually does require H4.

    You could try making a copy of the pose file, and open the copy in Wordpad and put two slashes in front of the line containing "InjDeltas.FBMH4HreoRealistic.pz2" and see what happens when you load the edited version.

    Unfortunately, I don't have that morph to try. I'd try filing a support ticket.

    I have done what you have suggested, and the result is the same without the message.

    I thing that hiro 4 is required for the head.

    this problem append when I try the body inj of Karass.

    I have try with the head inj, and hiro is also required, for the eyes and maybe for other thing.

    I'd file a customer support ticket; perhaps they would give you a good deal on Hiro 4 if you didn’t want a refund, as it appears that there is an error in the product requirements.. They usually take good care of Customers here...
