SY Real Fog Iray VDB trouble

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I'm having trouble making this product react to the different material preset provided. No matter if I am in the Parameters tab or the Suface tab nothing happens when I click on the presets. Tried to uninstall/reinstall but that didn't solve anything. Any tips would be appreciated.

    Hello!

    Make sure you have the actual fog cube selected. You will need to double-click the heading in Scene Tab to expand it so you can see it, since it's organized under a group.

    Are you using Daz Studio 4.20.0.2 (or later)? Have you rendered? Glad it was a simple fix.
