slight scene or camera rotate animation

hi all, 2 questions :)

1) i'm looking to see if there is a way to do a very small scene rotate to the right (only a few frames) and then it rotates back to the start (to create a slow rotate of scene of just a few frames to the right and then a slow rotate back to start again) does anyone know if this is possible in daz ?

2) also some of the inbuilt animations are very fast, is there a way inside daz to slow down animations ? as i cannot see a way to slow down an animation action, for example walk or turn head i would like to slow down for a character i'm using but it just happens very quick etc
