CPU rendering instead of GPU?

CPU usage is 23% GPU jumps from 1-13%

I have been told my GPU should be doing more work. Below i have photos of my settings. Any feedback would be appreciated. Speccy shot is suring rendering

How are you checking? By default Task Manager does not show the activity, but the fact that only one core of the CPU is being used strongly suggests that the GPU is in fact working.
