DIM shows some stuff as installed, but DS shows not installed

I just opened DS and saw nothing installed, but DIM is showing that quite a few stuff is installed.  Such as the top of the DIM installed list shows Betty Bunny but When I search for Betty it shows she isn't installed.

In DIM settings, you configure the location to install the content. Did you include that same location in the Daz Studio Content Directory Manager? If not, Daz Studio won't see what DIM installed.
