Hero FX Xtreme

I have been trying to get my Hero fx Xtreme to work in iray. The shaders are working well. My problem is that the guide is showing up in the renders. I have turned it off and you can't see it in the viewport. The pictures below attached are the viewport to show that that guides are off and the second is the iray render I keep getting. Please help. I have been playing with every window I have.

You could just select them in the surfaces tab and set the cutout to 0
