Question on Aeon Soul Everyday 2 add-on morphs...

Hello -
I am trying to use Aeon Soul's Everyday 2 and its add-on, Morphs+. The products have two shirts... a full length one and a short one. The full length shirt has a "Sleeves Up" morph, but the midriff shirt does not appear to have it. I'm mystified as to why two generally identical (save for length) shirts don't both offer the "Sleeves Up" morph. I was under the impression from the description of the morph add-on that the Morphs+ morphes were supposed to load for both shirt versions. Is there a remedy for this, such as somehow transferring the morph from the long shirt to the short one?
Thanks!
Comments
Edit: I applied the short version of the shirt to the long version, NOT the G8F character, made the long version invisible, and that seems to work. However, I'm not sure if I'm using it as intended. The short shirt version does/can load as a separate figure, but the sleeve morphs do not appear in Parameters doing it that way.
The issue, as I see it, is that the add-on morphs do not show up as expected in Parameters for the short version of the shirt. I'm not getting any assistance here, so is there a way to contact the vendor directly to try to clear this up? These products are expensive. Thank you.
Daz handles support issues for vendors. File a ticket about it here
Finally founwhere to do that. Thank you.
Hi!
I made a very simple and quick tutorial to help you out.
I hope this can help you!
Step 1
Clean the Scene, load the short shirt.
Step 2
Select the shirt, open the parameters tab, go to mesh resolution, then resolution level and choose BASE
Step 3
Export the shirt as an OBJ File. File -> Export.
Step 4
Export using the standard parameters. Image 4. Any name is fine. I will use ShirtShort for this tutorial.
Step 5
Delete the short shirt and in an empty scene load the Everyday 2 Shirt
Step 6
Select the shirt, open the parameters tab, go to mesh resolution, then resolution level and choose BASE
Step 7
In the menu select Edit -> Object -> Morph loader pro
Step 8
In the Morph load pro window select Choose Morph file and load the short shirt
Step 9
Go to the parameter tab and select Morphs. You should see the new ShirtShort morph and set the morph to 100%
Step 10
Select the Sleeve Up morph and set it to 1. Now you have the short shirt with the sleeves up
Step 11
Export the obj file. File -> Export. Use the standard paramenters (size 100% is pretty important).
The file name can be anything you want. I will use SleevesUpOnShortShirt.
Step 12
Delete the shirt and load the Short shirt in the scene.
Step 13
In the menu select Edit -> Object -> Morph loader pro. Then choose morph file and select the obj file SleevesUpOnShortShirt.
Step 14
Now the Short shirt has the new morph Sleeves Up.
Step 15
Go to File -> Save As ->Support Asset ->Morph Asset(s).
Step 16
With this window open chose Click on ED2-Shirt short to deselect all morphs then open Morphs -> Morph Loader and select the morph. Accept
Now everytime you will use the Shirt short you will have also the Sleeves Up morphs.
Thank you very much indeed for your attention to this issue! I'll try that!
