Expressions not working

Does anyone know why expressions are not working on a character? I'm using Victoria 8.1 and I have bought some 8.1 expression packs but trying to apply them to the model it doesnt change anything. Is there something I am missing?

Hi,

i have the same problem. My facial expressions aren't working in daz. I have genesis 8 female and enchanted fairy for genesis 8 product. the poses are working fine but not the expressions. When i click on expressions, nothing happens. Theres just a little bit of loading going on and that's it. The face isn't changing. I downloaded it with daz install manager.
