How To Turn Off Viewport Dragging?

It often happens to me that, while trying to select a body part, I slightly move the mouse, dragging the figure pose.

That takes a while to execute, and so I consider it a waste of time, since I've never used that feature on purpose.

Is there a way to turn it off?

Turn off IK - ctrl/cmd K by default, Edit>Figure>Inverse Kinematics>Enable IK.
