(Fluidos II) Cannot create Fluidos domains

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I bought and installed Fluidos II Through the install manager and all the files are added (Verified the installation and everything seems to have installed succesfully). I can find the Tutorials and the Studio content just fine but i am missing the Fluidos II options under the create tab.
I cannot create Fluidos domains because of this.
Does anyone know why this might be?
