What's the latest version of DS?

And is there a link to download it?.

The current General release is 4.16.0.3. You can download it with DIM, DazCentral or from the "product library" section of "my account" in the store (search for "4.x" in Product library)

The current Beta is 4.16.1.43. You can download it using DIM.
