Out of Touch Hair Problems - Please Help

I'm having a issues with some of Out of Touch's hair products where they cause these markings areound the head.  The images are from my attempt at the Rasta Hair product, does anyone know how to fix these issues?

The skull cap is intersecting with the head. Make it a bit bigger with morphs or scaling so they don't intersect, and it shouldn't be visible when you render.

You definitely have the issue that @Leana has mentioned, and possibly another. Some older OOT hair comes with an "Apply first" material and if you don't apply it first, you don't get any opacity maps.

That's probably why you can see the skull cap at all, although if you don't make it bigger as @Leana said, you'll probably get black lines on the forehead when you render. Unfortunately, I don't have the Rasta hair, but you can see before and after with Georgia hair.
