Automating the "Add to Queque" function in Iray Server Bridge

I'm been using a render farm for most of my work but there seem to be no way to create a upload queque. As far as I can tell one has to physically be at the computer, load each file individually and press the "add to queque" button in the avanced render setting bridge tab manually. Is there any script available that can automate this so that batches of files can be uploaded without constant human interaction?
