Response time support

I have been waiting for 25 days for any form of response from the support reagarding a ticket.,
If they haven't solved it I would at least like to know someone is working on it.
(I can see the ticket in "my activities", so I know they have received it,)
How long is it reasonable to wait?

I haven't received an anknowledgment, other than the instant autogenerated reply.
I really hope they have solution cause I have had problems with crashes since over a year.
Now, after replacing almost everything in the computer, I still have the crashes.
Tech can take a while, depending on what they need to do.
Have you tried posting about your issues on the forum - crashing, if it isn't a general issue, can be very hard to troubleshoot so having more eyes, from people runign a range of systems, may be useful.
