Reality 4 trouble with registration

I try attempts to register reality 4 . All is well "your installation in now registered and actived ... "
When I press OK it shows me

    I had a similar Problem with my Reality4 Registration.

    Best way to solve it is to go to their Website (notet in the Pop up) and send them a help request. Maybe they send you an other Licence Number (for my they did).
