Can Google drive be used as a virtual hdd?

Can Google Drive be used as a virtual HDD?  I might have some good news and that is that I might get my computer back next week or something?  I know MS One Drive can be used like that but that has a limit of 1TB.  I think that Google drive can have a limit of 2TB.

    Not unless your connection is blazingly fast or your files very small, so that the download and upload times are not an issue.

    I keep all my scene files in Onedrive, along with a whole bunch of other files. Of course, I also have a total of 18 terabytes of hard drive space, so I keep the majority of my Onedrive files stored locally, meaning that transfer speeds aren't a concern.

    I found out how to use the google drive as an external hdd.  I know it means that I can't use DS or Poser without internet.
