Where is the hair cap with Dynah Hair?

Hi! See attached image of Dynah hair on Pagan G8 character. Is there no hair cap that comes with this product? I checked the promo and as you can see the hair has several bald spots. There is no hair cap for me to adjust so I am wondering how to create the same effect as in the promos (light fuzz hair over the bald spots). I tried adjusting the scale, but it only seems to adjust the existing hair. I'm not sure how to work with this. Help please! Thanks!

How does it look in a full render?

It looks the same way (see attached). The hair is attached. I've tried scaling and that doesn't work and I didn't see a cap. I've used it before and it worked fine so I'm not sure what's changed.
