Gen X help needed please.......

Hello there,
I'm very new to this software and I've got to admit I'm really struggling with most of it, I can already tell it's a fantastic piece of kit but my God I'm finding it complicated even after watch tutorials....
Any way, I've just bought Gen-X and it's add-on pack, they both downloaded and installed OK but can I hell find them!
Can someone please tell me where they have gone to and how I get to use them?

    Gen-X is in a separate tab so look under Menu Windows->Panes (Tabs)

    It should be in Window > Panes (Tabs) > GenX and you can load it from there

    If it is not there, then go to , Help > About Installed Plugins, and make sure that it is installed correctly. It is called 'Genesis Generation X2'

    No, can't see it anywhere guys.... I bought it here and it downloaded and installed through 'installer' but it's not showing up anywhere....

    Have you entered the serial number? (Help > About Installed Plugins...) You can find your serial numbers in your Accounts page.

    Yes, that's what the problem was...
