How to add object to group

Is it possible to add a single object to a group of objects without changing the position of the object ?


For example, o creat group with several interconnected objects and now wants to join a single object to this group, but the position of the object changes.
How to add that the object has not changed position.

Needs to draw together some objects in the project so as to be able to disable only those objects that have been added to the group.
Disabling the objects individually or subsequent inclusion is tiring.

I hope someone understands me ;>
