Create new skin textures.

I have a Genesis 8 Female with a skin texture I created using Skin Builder on a Genesis (v5) female character.  I want to create a new skin map for the GF8 figurew using the same skin, how would I do that.

I want to take this G8 female and using the male for female gens create a skin for that as well.

How do I do this? Can I use a skin shader and if so which one and what are the instructions on how?
