No response to refund request

I submitted a ticket to get my money back on an order. I got a response saying its been submitted, and to allow 5 to 7 days for it to go through. It's now day 17 and no response, no money returned. I'm pretty sure I submitted it properly, but I have sent some follow-up messages, and no response. I don't want to sound accusatory, but I've heard from some people that DAZ will try to screw you on returns, and I'm getting suspicious at this point. Is there a way to push this through or at least confirm I will get the money soon?
